How do I get an Acadis account?

  • Current MS officers: Your agency submits a personnel roster to Standards & Training.
  • Once it's validated and imported, you get an automated welcome email — click the link, set a password, and accept the rules of behavior.
  • New applicants: Contact your agency's Acadis POC, who will help you create an account to apply for certification.

My agency submitted the roster. Why is it taking so long to be added?
