Standard statement

The agency shall have a written directive requiring that all elements of the selection process for all sworn personnel be administered, scored, evaluated, and interpreted in a uniform manner. The process for sworn personnel shall include:

  2. b.psychological screening conducted by a qualified professional;
  3. c.oral interview;
  4. d.background investigation; and
  5. e.If testing for deception (e.g. polygraph, voice stress analyzer, etc.).
